835 Health Care Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)

For convenient access to pharmacy claims remittance advice, use Prime's HIPAA compliant 835 X12N version 4010A1 ERA program.

835 File Delivery Requirements

You must have a secure FTP server to receive the file and must accommodate one of four transfer protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTPS or HTTPS).

Step-By-Step Setup

1. Complete and submit Prime's 835 ERA Request Form
2. Complete the Exhibit D-1 that you will receive from us and return it to us by mail or email
3. Complete and submit the FTP Questionnaire
4. With all paperwork completed, our technicians will contact you to proceed with the setup, which typically takes about 3-4 weeks to complete
