Compliance at Prime means we are doing our work well and right. We act with integrity as we meet the many requirements that apply to our business. Our compliance program sets out a framework to support our ethical culture. It also helps the company meet its obligations. This framework includes the Code of Conduct, policies and other resources.

Code of Conduct
Prime's Code of Conduct provides guidance for everyone at Prime to conduct business legally, responsibly and ethically. The Code sets out rules for lawful and ethical conduct that apply to every employee, contractor and member of the Board of Directors.
