Kristen is the senior vice president, Specialty Clinical Solutions for Prime | Magellan Rx, where she is responsible for medical pharmacy strategy and clinical development for health plan and employer customers. She oversees specialty drug clinical management, including medical pharmacy management, integrated, comprehensive specialty programs, specialty rebates, and specialty clinical product development. Kristen focuses on analyzing and identifying medical and specialty pharmacy cost management and quality improvement initiatives for health plan and employer customers and supports new business development. She supports all clinical pharmacy programs involving specialty medications and integrated specialty management strategies.

Laura is a Director, Specialty Clinical Solutions with Prime | Magellan Rx. She obtained her Pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati and is licensed in Ohio where she currently resides. Laura has been with the organization for more than 4 years and has worked in various roles supporting both national and regional payers with many aspects of medical pharmacy utilization, analyzing trends and quality improvement.

Jon joined Prime | Magellan Rx in 2022. He is currently the pharmacy actuarial consultant within the Underwriting & Analytics department. Jon works with internal stakeholders to understand and explain payer cost & utilization trends. Jon is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries with a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science and 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics. He’s spent most of his career at Aetna/CVS working in a variety of pricing and strategy roles.
