The Best and Brightest in Wellness® is an awards program that recognizes and celebrates quality and excellence in health awareness. This unique program highlights companies, schools, faith-based groups, and organizations that promote a culture of wellness. It recognizes those that plan, implement, and evaluate efforts in employee wellness to make their business and the community a healthier place to live and work.
“Prime is honored to be among the winners of the Best and Brightest in Wellness award,” says Kerry Florian, vice president, total rewards for Prime. “We strive to offer many benefits that encourage a healthy lifestyle and are delighted that Prime employees take advantage of these opportunities.”
As part of the honor, NABR provided Prime with a Best and Brightest Assessment Report, which provides benchmarking against fellow winners for key categories including wellness benefits and programs, wellness culture and environment, employee input, leadership and participation, and incentives outcomes.
