The TRUSTAn internal review panel of Prime Therapeutics/Magellan Rx Management (Prime/MRx) executives and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) leaders recently selected five employees to receive a one-year, company-sponsored membership to the Women’s Health Leadership (WHL) TRUST.

The WHL TRUST’s mission is to be an inclusive network whose members support, inspire and offer insights to women leaders in health care.

The five selected employees are:

  • Ashley Block, vice president, HR business partnership
  • Kim Gibson, vice president, real estate, facilities and strategic sourcing
  • Miranda Hatfield, marketing specialist
  • Christina Krzmarzick, assistant vice president, business partnership
  • Kia Young, manager, operations

Recipients were nominated for memberships by their peers during a past call for applications, based on the following qualifications:

  • Female employee resource group members
  • Able to participate in events located in the Twin Cities
  • Current or aspiring leaders
  • Looking for growth and professional development opportunities
  • Interested in networking
  • Committed to the advancement of women in health care
  • Top-performing employees

“Being a member of the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST has been a wonderful opportunity, and I am so grateful that I received a sponsorship almost two years ago,” said Pat Milligan, IT systems analyst lead and TRUST associate board member. “Being surrounded by supportive women who listen, network, and provide helpful information is truly an empowering experience. There are so many opportunities to participate in different initiatives from strategic to social. It’s like a buffet; take what you want and need, but no need to do everything.”

Last year, five Prime/MRx employees were also selected for membership, including Amber Kissner (director, customer experience), CJ Thompson (senior program manager), Denise Bachman (senior benefit analyst), Melissa Strong (senior human resources business partner) and Shannon Porter (program analyst).
