Dinesh Kandanchatha

Dinesh Kandanchatha is chief information officer at Prime Therapeutics. In this role, Kandanchatha plays a central role in shaping and executing the company’s information technology strategy, overseeing program delivery and providing operational support.

Kandanchatha came to Prime with more than 25 years of technology leadership and is a well-respected technology mentor, start-up advisor and speaker. Most recently, he served as a managing partner for the Health Tech and Life Sciences businesses at Emids, a consultancy focused on advancing health through technology solutions. In that role, he was responsible for strategy and operations for engineering, cloud, design and data for PBMs, other specialty health record systems and more.

Prior to that, Kandanchatha focused on start-up companies, developing business and bringing their technology to scale. He was the founder, president and chief technical officer of Patriot One Technologies, a leader in weapons and explosive detection for public spaces.

Kandanchatha earned his undergraduate degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada.
