Senior Rebate Trade Analyst – Remote

Job description: This role is responsible for performing multifaceted financial analyses to assess manufacturer contract performance, plan performance and to develop rebate estimates related to pharmaceutical rebate agreements. This position is also responsible for developing recommendations based on financial analysis results.

Minimum qualifications
: You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required. 5 years of work experience in contracts, finance and/or healthcare is also required.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $85,600.00 – $128,400.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Senior Actuarial Analyst – Remote

Job description: This role is responsible for providing complex actuarial and pricing analyses to Prime’s existing and potential clients. This person will use, build, and develop innovative actuarial modeling concepts to assist strategically on trend, benefit design and pricing support for all Prime’s lines of business (commercial, Medicare and Medicaid). This role will also provide actuarial support in complex projects that are highly visible to senior leadership and across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications: This applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics or Finance, 5 years of actuarial work experience to include 3 years in a healthcare organization or PBM and an Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA).

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.00 – $151,300.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Principal Actuary – Medicare Part D – Remote

Job description: The Principal Actuary is responsible for supporting the development of actuarial concepts and providing thought leadership for Prime’s existing and potential owners and clients. This position will collaborate with the Senior Principal Actuary to provide strategic consulting support, manage the development of innovative actuarial modeling concepts, and provide pricing support for all lines of business. This position will also lead complex projects that are highly visible to executives and across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
: This applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics or Finance, 8 years of actuarial work experience to include 6 years in a healthcare organization or PBM and an Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA).

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $125,200.00 – $200,000.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Director Finance & Analysis – Remote

Job description: The Director of Finance and Analysis supports product and service reporting, client profitability reporting and enterprise KPI and metrics; also, acting as a liaison between senior leadership and Finance. This position acts as a key financial advisor to senior leaders and is also responsible for ensuring the Financial Planning & Analysis team is providing relevant, insightful financial analysis to business leaders to help them make better decisions.

Minimum Qualifications
: This applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required, 8 years of combined financial analysis and/or accounting experience and 5 years of leadership/management experience.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $109,000.00 – $174,000.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Clinical Oncology Pharmacist- BCOP/Oncology Drug Management Exp required – Remote

Job description: The Oncology Pharmacist position is responsible for the overall direction and management of Prime’s Oncology Medical Specialty programs. This position has primary leadership responsibility for the design, development, implementation and execution of systems, programs and processes driving and supporting Prime’s overall oncology business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
: This applicant must be a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree, a current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where the position is located, 7 years of work experience as Pharmacist in clinical oncology with experience at oncology institution, practice or hospice, experience working in managed care, health plans or PBM and a BCOP – Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $144,000.00 – $230,200.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Senior HRIS Analyst – (Workday – Advanced Compensation) – Remote

Job description: Our analysts serve as strategic partners to numerous groups within HR to ensure our technology solutions for HR processes are optimally set up and executed. Scope of work spans issue analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions for new and existing systems and functionality. Our team is highly collaborative and skilled in developing solutions that ensure effective integration with other Workday modules and enterprise systems.

Minimum Qualifications
: This applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required and 5 years of work experience supporting HR information systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, Ultipro), including at least 2 years of experience with Workday configuration.

Financial Analyst I (Provider Payments) – Remote

Job description: The Financial Analyst is responsible State Government Provider Payments and Reporting. This position directs the check-write processes for the State Government clients it supports, prepares state reporting, and supports the Provider Relations and Account Management teams. The position will play a key role in client implementation requirements related to Finance and Provider Payments. The position will have both a departmental partnership role as well as being responsible for Prime wide projects and responsibilities.

Trade Client Strategy Director – Remote

Job description: The Trade Client Relations Director is responsible for the analysis, modeling and delivery of innovative pharmacy and medical rebate strategies and cost saving solutions to Prime’s clients to ensure Prime is delivering the highest quality and lowest cost of care to its members. This position will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to understand, measure, and present financial opportunities to Prime’s clients.

Minimum Qualifications
: This applicant must be a PharmD or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree, current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where the position is located, 3 years of related work experience in Trade/Rebates, PBM healthcare or insurance -OR- a Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required, 8 years of related work experience Trade/Rebates, PBM healthcare or insurance.

Lead Data and Integration Engineer – Remote in California

Job description: This position will act as a liaison between IT Architects and IT Analysts to break down a complex system into smaller components and coach/lead a team of Data and Integration Engineers to design and develop these components. This role- functions as primary practitioner coach on the team to grow the capabilities of other engineers on the team. Responsible for driving new initiatives, conducts POC’s and evaluates other products for seamless integration. Is an expert at data integration with RDBMS, Big Data/Hadoop, Data Warehouse, Data Lake concepts and has relevant experience with various OS, network and storage concepts. Will perform data modeling and create data architecture footprints that has operational integration capabilities. Must understand how to build advanced jobs using map-reduce technology. Ability identify and track key metrics produced by the application. Contribute to 24x7x365 days of on-call staff coverage.

Minimum Qualifications
: 5+ years related experience including a minimum of 2+ years designing, building and deploying software in Cloud, Agile and Design Thinking (Coursera), critical thinker, demonstrated problem solving techniques, strong verbal and written communication skills, some ETL/data movement certifications and ServiceNow training.

AVP Assistant Controller – Remote

Job description: The AVP, Assistant Controller will lead all of Prime’s accounting operations, shared services and corporate accounting functions across the company. This position will set and drive strategy to enable accounting operations to support the organization in an evolving environment responding to company strategic initiatives and leading change, while influencing others in a matrixed environment to achieve company goals. The position will ensure strong financial controls, providing oversight of the monthly and quarterly accounting close process and successful delivery of accounting operations commitments. This is a key leadership position reporting to the Corporate Controller that will partner with other senior executive leaders across Prime in the achievement of company objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
: This applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required, 12 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance and 8 years of management/people leadership experience.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $165,600.00 – $264,400.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Senior Business Information Security Officer – Remote

Job description: The Senior Business Information Security Consultant serves as a direct security contact for our clients. This position provides reporting, metrics and regular status updates to clients. The Senior Business Information Security Consultant works collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure client security requirements are being met and adhered to.

Minimum Qualifications
: This applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; High School diploma or GED is required, 5 years’ work experience in cybersecurity and/or information technology including 3 years in an operationally focused security practitioner role and a working knowledge of HIPAA Security Rule and NIST security standards.

Director of Quality – Remote in the California market

Job description: This position is responsible for all aspects of the quality program for a business unit within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) including strategic planning, program development and leadership, and staffing. Serves as a member of the management team in designing, implementing, and monitoring quality operations with well defined processes and uses performance measurement as the foundation for quality and process improvements. Responsible for performance measurements and analytics, customer reporting, client delegation activities, policies and procedures, quality of care concerns tracking, accreditation preparation, coordination of satisfaction surveys, performance guarantee tracking, integration of quality improvement processes and compliance oversight. Represents the quality program to customers and regulatory entities on quality operations and performance achievement.

Minimum Qualifications
: Knowledge of NCQA and URAC standards as applicable. Knowledge of HEDIS/STAR as applicable. Knowledge of statistical analysis procedures and software. 7+ years of experience in healthcare. 5+ years of experience in quality. 3+ years of experience in management/leadership. Knowledge of quality improvement processes, performance measurement, accreditation standards, measurement tools, CQI tools and data reporting applications. Knowledge of CQI training and QIA methodology. Demonstrated management and leadership skills. Expertise in data management software including spreadsheet development and use. Must be skilled at mastering new areas of content and operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $97,760.00 – $166,180.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Consulting Business Analyst – Remote in the California market

Job description: This position is responsible for providing the analytical guidance and vision to identify the enterprise core technologies necessary to drive consistent and valuable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This role supports tactical business initiatives and formulates a design plan that factors technology investments and risks while providing value to the company. The position manages the technological components for business plans ensuring compliance with existing enterprise regulations while addressing any security risks. The role has oversight for the efficient use BI resources to reduce costs and ongoing maintenance, including supporting many different types of ad hoc reporting/analytic requests.

Minimum Qualifications
: This applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology) and 10+ years of experience in Health Care BI analysis and development OR higher degree (Masters/Ph.D.) with 5+ years of Health Care analytics/architecture experience, experience in implementing BI enterprise-scale data model & analytical systems and a strong business and IT background to architect software, hardware, network or any IT solution that gives the best results to the business.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $96,000.00 – $163,210.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
