This program is designed to provide patients with comprehensive support throughout their treatment with specialty medications. Care specialists, who are pharmacists and nurses specially trained in your condition, work with you one-on-one to help manage side effects, check dosage schedules, and address any questions you may have. 

Additionally, our care specialists support family members who play a crucial role in a patient's care, helping to facilitate clear communication among the patient, family and healthcare provider to ensure everyone remains informed and aligned. In cases that require provider collaboration, our care specialists can work directly with the healthcare provider to ensure continuity of care.
