Prime Earns 2021 Top Workplaces USA Award
Award exhibits employee engagement
January 28, 2021This award encompasses Prime’s competitive benefits, community involvement and workplace culture. It also comes after Prime was recognized as a 2020 Star Tribune Top 150 Workplace, which also signifies a positive culture.
More than 1,100 companies nationwide participated in the Top Workplaces USA survey, which compiles employee feedback. The survey uses 15 culture drivers to predict high performance and an excellent culture.
“Even after a difficult year, it’s reassuring to know that employees feel strongly connected to their work,” said Erin Feigal, chief human resources officer. “I thank all of our employees who make Prime a great place to work every day in support of our health plan clients and members.”
