Manager, Pricing and Analytics

Job description: The Manager of Finance and Analysis provides insight and analysis around financial results and business decisions. This position supervises the gathering, reporting and analysis of information to enhance the business unit leadership team’s understanding of financial, operational and industry drivers.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • Six years of combined financial analysis and/or accounting experience
  • One year of leadership/management experience

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.00 – $151,300.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Manager, Finance Director – Government Programs – Remote

Job description: The Director of Finance and Analysis – Government Programs supports the budgeting and forecasting processes across a specified set of business areas; also, acting as a liaison between senior leadership and Finance. This position acts as a key financial advisor to senior leaders and is also responsible for ensuring the Financial Planning & Analysis team is providing relevant, insightful financial analysis to business leaders to help them make better decisions.
 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • Eight years of combined financial analysis and/or accounting experience
  • Five years of leadership/management experience
  • Five years of financial analysis experience related to Medicare or Medicaid programs

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $109,000.00 – $174,000.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Financial Consultant Principal

Job description: The Principal Financial Consultant provides information, analyses, and consultation to internal and external customers and stakeholders. This position leads complex analyses to create new business insights related to total cost management, products and services and drives recommendations for improvements or enhancement to support Prime and client strategic imperatives. This position drives the development of new and complex analytical models and will collaborate with Prime’s strategic business units (SBU’s).


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • Eight years of experience in pharmacy benefits management, reporting and analytics, benefits consulting, healthcare, financial services or related field

Senior Actuarial Analyst – Remote

Job description: The Senior Actuary is responsible for providing complex actuarial and pricing analyses to Prime’s existing and potential clients.  This role will use, build, and develop innovative actuarial modeling concepts to assist strategically on trend, benefit design and pricing support for all Prime’s lines of business (commercial, Medicare and Medicaid). This role will also provide actuarial support in complex projects that are highly visible to senior leadership and across the organization.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics or Finance
  • Five years of actuarial work experience to include three years in a healthcare organization or PBM
  • Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA)

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.00 – $151,300.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Director, Revenue & Receivables – Remote

Job description: The Director of Accounting is responsible for aspects of Prime’s financial accounting operations including one or more of the following: general ledger, monthly close, accounts payable, fixed assets, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, financial reporting and all related accounting and control activities to support these areas. This position is also responsible for the creation and analysis of the company’s monthly financial statements, maintenance of accounting systems and assists in the preparation of various financial presentations.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • Eight years of work experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Five years of management/people leadership experience

Compensation:  Potential pay for this position ranges from $125,200.00 – $200,000.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location

Account Management Program Analyst – Remote

Job description: The Account Management Program Analyst is responsible for supporting and executing initiatives that support account management best practices and process improvements for client facing teams.  This position partners with internal stakeholders to analyze and develop solutions, establish and manage deliverables and communications specific to Prime’s account management strategic objectives.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of work and/or education experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • Two years of related work experience in healthcare or insurance

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $64,700.00 – $97,100.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Senior IT Architect – Remote

Job description: The Sr. Architect is responsible for supporting strategic solutions and architectures that fulfill specific business and technology outcomes. Solutions include projects, products, systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information), shared infrastructure services and shared application services. The Architect performs the necessary analysis and design tasks that support the development of solutions to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with architecture governance and standards. This position creates deliverables for managing the “to be” and “as is” architecture intent for the assigned area.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Two+ years of related experience including a minimum of one year designing, building and maintaining high quality, security software in IT or can use relevant business experience
  • High proficiency in modern technologies and languages, development patterns, data modeling, cloud/PaaS, and application integration technologies

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $87,280.00 – $148,380.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Program Director

Job description: The Program Director is accountable for leading and executing core projects and programs in support of one or more of Prime’s market segments.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • Eight years of analytic, account management, product development, project management or consultative experience within healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, health care consulting or other highly regulated industry
  • Two years of program management experience

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $109,000.00 – $174,000.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.

Analytics Engineer

Job description:

The Analytics Engineer is an integral member of the data analytics organization and is responsible for optimizing and monitoring the retrieval, storage and distribution of large data sets to enable data driven business processes and deliver actionable business insights through dashboards, reports and other self-service visualizations tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, engineering or another IT-related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School diploma or GED is required
  • Two years of experience in data analytics engineering and experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $85,600.00 – $128,400.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
