Prime Therapeutics brand toolkit

This rebrand completes a successful two-year integration of Magellan Rx Management (Magellan Rx) into our organization. In keeping with the commitment made by Prime Therapeutics (Prime) in connection with the Magellan Rx transaction, as of Dec. 2, we are no longer using the Magellan Rx name.

These resources help clients and vendors understand the strategic shifts we are making as an organization, how these shifts influence our identity evolution and how to confidently implement the new Prime brand.

Please use this toolkit to understand how to properly implement Prime's brand elements. Use these guidelines consistently and appropriately in all Prime-branded external materials and communications.

Business units, name/legal entity updates and disclosures

Our new names, legal entities and effective dates are listed below, along with disclosure statements. As you update your relevant materials and assets, please ensure you are making those updates to reflect the appropriate name/legal entity. If you have questions on how to apply this information on materials/assets or have unique situations, please email BrandInfo@PrimeTherapeutics.com or reach out directly to your account representative. All materials directed toward businesses and members should contain the applicable disclosure statement. Please update all existing company disclosures with the ones listed below.

Logos

Our logo is the most essential element of the new Prime Therapeutics visual identity, so we need to ensure we’re using it the right way to protect our brand’s integrity and promote brand recognition. Please reference the brand toolkit for full guidance on when and how to use each logo, including clear space and minimum sizing requirements. Note: When applying a new logo within certain documents (e.g., contracts, invoices, member ID cards) you must list the appropriate legal entity name within the document you are updating.

Download full color logo – primary: png, eps, jpg, tif

Download white logo – secondary: png, eps

Download one-color logo – limited use: png, eps, jpg, tif

Download black logo – when necessary: png, eps, jpg, tif

Follow these guidelines when updating logos:
  • If the asset has a full color old Magellan Rx or Prime logo, replace with the full color new Prime logo
  • If the asset has an old white Magellan Rx or Prime logo, replace with the new white Prime logo
  • If the asset has an old one-color Magellan Rx or Prime logo, replace with the new one-color Prime logo
  • If the asset has an old black Magellan Rx or Prime logo, replace with the new black Prime logo

Download and save these templates to your desktop. Note: Please update the footer within the template with the appropriate new name/legal entity and copyright as referenced above.

Icons

Use iconography to represent larger ideas in a simplified way or to add visual interest to a layout. Our line-based icons are straightforward and easy to understand, while also feeling light and open.

Please refer to the icon deck to access available icons. Note: When working with the icon files, you can choose a color found in the icon deck. When in doubt, stick to primary purple (R:47 G:29 B:110) for all icon backgrounds.

Font and typeface

Arial is our common font and should be used (where applicable) when working with the new Prime Therapeutics brand. Please use Arial when using our new logo or referencing our new brand. Our complete guidelines for using typeface and fonts can be accessed within the brand toolkit. 

Colors

We have developed a flexible, vibrant color palette to express our brand. However, it’s still important to work within established guidelines to ensure we are sharing information that’s not only attractive, but advances brand recognition and is accessible to everyone.

Teal: #00809B
