Overview
At Prime Therapeutics (Prime), we are proud of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) program, which is designed to ensure that all employees feel welcomed, valued and have equal opportunities to thrive. We believe fostering an inclusive environment and valuing diverse perspectives enables better innovation and collaboration, which leads to increased employee engagement and business success. This ultimately helps us achieve our purpose to reimagine pharmacy solutions and provide the care we would want for our loved ones.

- Scoring 100% on the Disability Equality Index and the Corporate Equality Index
- Launching seven Employee Resource Groups
- Publishing our third annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report, formerly known as the DEI Transparency Report
- Establishing a diversity recruiting strategy
- Achieving Yellow Ribbon Company certification
- Offering ongoing educational opportunities
