While many companies enact return-to-office mandates, Prime Therapeutics (Prime) remains committed to offering remote, hybrid and flexible work options for employees — matching individual needs for flexibility with team needs for connection and collaboration.   

This commitment was recently recognized by FlexJobs — a job-seeking platform for remote, hybrid and flexible employment — which named Prime among the top 100 companies with remote jobs as well as among the top 75 companies hiring remote jobs this summer.

For the top 100 ranking, FlexJobs examined data from the past 11 years, tapping into their database of more than 60,000 companies. Prime is ranked 30th. For the top 75 ranking this summer, FlexJobs identified companies from their database that posted the most remote jobs between Jan. 1, 2024 and May 31, 2024. Prime is ranked eighth.

In 2022, Prime implemented its Hub and Home™ model — a flexible workplace program that encourages employees to work in an environment that best suits their preferences. 

An internal poll from 2022 found that 93% agree remote work is going well. Employees who work from home are empowered to help make health care work better through access to productivity tools and cutting-edge technology that helps make remote work easier while also helping employees make meaningful connections virtually.
