New Prime brand update

As we approach the end of 2024, we reflect on what has truly been a monumental year for our organization, our clients and their members. 

In September, Prime Therapeutics (Prime) unveiled a new corporate vision and brand identity that signified our commitment to reimagining pharmacy solutions with a focus that delivers savings, simplicity and support to help people achieve better health. 

The new brand combined Prime and Magellan Rx Management (Magellan Rx) together as complementary entities to reflect the breadth, depth and differentiation of our fully integrated organization.  

Action
In keeping with the commitment made by Prime in connection with the Magellan Rx transaction, we will no longer use the Magellan Rx name after Dec. 2. Please continue to review and update your assets to reflect our new brand and remove any existing references to Magellan Rx in your materials. This also includes updating documents and assets with our new logo, legal entity names, copyright statements and appropriate disclosures.

As a reminder, to assist you in these efforts, refer to the client brand toolkit for a comprehensive overview of the new Prime branding resources, a list of our new legal entity names, digital files of our logo and usage guidelines for all materials. Please note: All legal entity changes are now effective and can be updated on all materials accordingly.
