This program is designed to provide people with comprehensive support throughout their treatment with specialty medicine. Care specialists, who are pharmacists and nurses specially trained in your condition, work with you one-on-one to help manage side effects, check dosage schedules and address any questions you may have. 

Additionally, our care specialists support family members who play a crucial role in the specialty journey, helping to facilitate clear communication among the patient, family and health care provider to ensure everyone remains informed and aligned. In cases that require provider collaboration, our care specialists can work directly with a health care provider to ensure continuity of care.
