Senior Compliance Analyst – Remote, California

Job description: The Senior Compliance Analyst assists in the implementation of Prime’s compliance programs and leads initiatives within their designated areas. This role partners with key internal stakeholders to monitor aspects of compliance and validate policies, procedures, licensure and program manuals are effectively followed and maintained.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
  • Five years of progressive work experience in legal- or compliance-related roles for a health care or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) organization, or other highly regulated industry, including experience with Medicare, Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,000–$118,000 based on experience and skills.


Sales Executive – Remote, Alabama or Florida

Job description: The Sales Executive develops and executes sales and marketing strategies to attract new groups within the Blue Plan market to attain member growth. This position leads the pharmacy sales process including the request for proposal (RFP) process, contract negotiations, site visits and follow-up meetings. The clients for this position are in Florida and Alabama, preference to someone that lives in either state.
 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 10 years of experience gaining operational knowledge of PBM organizations.
  • Five years of PBM or related sales experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $108,000–$184,000 based on experience and skills.


Process Improvement Analyst Principal – Remote

Job description: The Process Improvement Project Analyst Principal is responsible for directing a wide variety of initiatives to achieve significant financial, operational, customer satisfaction and/or employee satisfaction impact. This includes but is not limited to: business process re-engineering, improving engagement across departments, improving process within a department and creating new processes where needed.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), liberal arts, business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Seven years of experience in Six Sigma, Kaizen, problem-solving/root cause analysis or process management.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000–$160,000 based on experience and skills.


Senior Account Manager - Remote

Job description: This position oversees the overall management of assigned book of business for the company products and services in order to achieve profitable retention of accounts.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Seven+ years sales experience required
  • Seven+ years account management experience required
  • Pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or healthcare experience highly desired

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $80,920.00 - $129,480.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.


Principal Financial Systems - Remote

Job descriptionThe Financial Systems Principal acts as a subject matter expert in financial systems and processes, with deep expertise in Billing, Accounts Receivable and other Order to Cash (O2C) processes. This role involves leveraging this expertise to provide financial system knowledge for billing system implementation, as well as managing prioritized projects, driving process improvements, conducting advanced research, performing root cause analysis, resolving complex issues, creating documentation, facilitating advanced communications, delivering training, conducting testing, providing ongoing system support and developing reports.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Seven years of work experience in finance or accounting including:
    • At least three years of functional experience in at least one of the specific areas for position (billing, accounts receivable, treasury) and/or (general ledger, procure to pay, fixed assets).
    • At least two years of experience working in the PBM/health care industry.
    • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience (such as Oracle, SAP, Workday).
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $108,000–$184,000 based on experience and skills.


Financial Analyst Sr. - Remote

Job description: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing leadership on financial analysis and reporting related to the profitability of various Prime business areas or units. This position directs the budgeting and forecasting processes for the departments it supports, develops new analytical models that utilize cost drivers and associated metrics and supports the financial requirements of Prime. This position will be a partner of the departments it supports, will be viewed as the voice of finance for those departments and will become a member of the department's leadership team.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Five years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,000–$118,000 based on experience and skills.


Account Executive - Remote

Job descriptionThe Employer Account Executive serves as the primary relationship manager for multiple employer/administrative services only (ASO) accounts. This position works directly with employer groups to optimize pharmacy spend through Prime's products and services, and drives the alignment of health plan, employer and Prime's strategic goals and initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, health care administration or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Five years of client service experience to include two years of sales and/or account management experience in health care or PBM industry.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000–$160,000 based on experience and skills.
