Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $189,000–$321,000 based on experience and skills.
Clinical Solutions Vice President (Remote)
Job description: The vice president of clinical solutions is responsible for developing new, bold clinical solutions and architecting plans for execution, as well as evaluating innovative solutions to assess applicability versus Prime’s current capabilities, including impact to members, providers and clients. The role will assess drug pipelines and evolving markets for potential business expansion. The position will work with external thought leaders and emerging health markets and collaborate with internal partners to achieve the successful execution of strategic business initiatives and the delivery of innovative solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
- Current pharmacist license to practice in the state candidate resides in.
- 12 years of work experience in medical and pharmacy drug management within a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) or managed care organization.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $164,000–$279,000 based on experience and skills.
Manager, Finance and Analysis (Remote)
Job description: The manager of finance and analysis provides insight and analysis around financial results and business decisions. This position supervises the gathering, reporting and analysis of information to enhance the business unit leadership team's understanding of financial, operational and industry drivers.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED is required.
- Six years of combined financial analysis and/or accounting experience.
- One year of leadership/management experience.

Pharmacy Network Consultant, Senior (Remote)
Job description: The senior pharmacy network consultant is responsible for development and management of Prime's retail, mail, specialty and quality-based pharmacy networks. This position is responsible for the management of Prime's network vendor's contracting activities, ensuring contracting initiatives are effective and completed in accordance to Prime's Supply Chain Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and network management strategies. This position is responsible for representing Network Management on financial audits and network management projects.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, management or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; High school diploma or GED is required.
- Five years of Network Management experience within pharmacy benefit management, health care or other highly regulated industry; including three years of managed care experience in medical or pharmacy network contracting.

Manager, Medicare Part D Pharmacy Programs (Remote, Pennsylvania)
Job description: The Medicare Part D pharmacy programs manager manages the coordination of benefits in the pharmacy program with Medicare Part D plans, provides the technical and leadership skills that ensure successful Part D pharmacy operations and program compliance within the pharmacy business unit. A person in this role makes business decisions that have impacts on members, providers, Part D plans, the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the company. This position requires a working knowledge of Medicare Part D eligibility requirements, Part D plan designs, drug formularies, drug pricing, claims processing and reimbursements, True Out of Pocket expenditures. This knowledge ensures successful Part D pharmacy operations compliance within the pharmacy department. A person in this role works to ensure established rules, policies and procedures are implemented so that Medicare Part D operations are successful, efficient, auditable and in compliance with CMS requirements.

Senior Director, Clinical Strategy and Oncology Specialty Solutions (Remote)
Job description: The senior director of clinical strategy and oncology specialty solutions is responsible for owning the execution of Prime's oncology specialty products and programs, as well as the development of strategic business roadmaps that integrate both medical and pharmacy solutions. This position will provide leadership and direction through leading a team focused on executing functional business plans and strategies. This role will collaborate with other leaders to achieve the successful execution of strategic business initiatives and the delivery of innovative solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree.
- Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the state where the position is located.
- Eight years of work experience within medical and pharmacy drug management within a PBM or managed care organization, or oncology management experience if supporting oncology specialty solutions.
- Six years of leadership/people management experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Compensation: Potential pay for this position ranges from $143,000–$243,000 based on experience and skills.
