Prime recently earned the top score of 100 on the Disability Index for the third consecutive year, acknowledging the company’s ongoing efforts to cultivate a workplace that is accessible for, and supportive of, all employees. 

“Knowing that more than 1.3 billion people around the world live with a disability, we use the Disability Index to identify actionable items that help maintain a welcoming and accessible environment for everyone at Prime,” said Zabrina Watkins, diversity, equity and inclusion director. “We’re proud of our top score and remain focused on continuously improving, as there’s always more we can do to create the best experience for our employees.” 

To be recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion,” a company must achieve a score of 80 or higher. In 2025, companies across eight countries submitted 655 submissions for consideration in the index.  

Among the initiatives that earned Prime a score of 100 are: 

• Prime’s comprehensive benefits, including:  

  • Access to counseling and licensed mental health providers  

  • Confidential resources, support and courses 

  • Resources and training on disability  

The Disability Index launched in 2015, serving as a comprehensive benchmarking tool for companies to measure disability workplace inclusion within their organization and to assess performance across industry sectors. The tool has expanded to include benchmarking for companies in several countries, reflecting the index’s global impact and relevance in today’s rapidly changing business environment.
