An internal review panel of Prime executives and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council leaders recently selected five female employees to receive a one-year, Prime-sponsored membership to Women’s Health Leadership (WHL) TRUST. 

The employees include:  

• Amber Kissner, director, customer experience
• CJ Thompson, senior program manager
• Denise Bachman, senior benefit analyst
• Melissa Strong, senior human resources business partner
• Shannon Porter, program analyst

Recipients were nominated for memberships by their peers during a past call for applications, based on the following qualifications: 

• Female employee resource group members 
• Current or aspiring leaders                      
• Employees looking for growth and professional development opportunities ​​​​​​ 
• Employees interested in networking 
• Employees committed to the advancement of women in health care 
• Top performing employees
